Taxes, Duties & Customs
Orders shipped outside Taiwan may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees shown at checkout.
The recipient is solely responsible for:
Payment of all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees.
Providing any information or documentation required by local customs authorities.
Completing customs clearance procedures when requested.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties or taxes are unpaid, any shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or other related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Please note that customs processing times vary by country and are beyond Montt’s control. Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays.
