Welcome to make purchases on the MONTT official website; please read the following agreement terms carefully: This agreement applies to the [MONTT official website]; The purpose of this agreement is to protect “MONTT Alliance Co., Ltd.” and your interests. If you click or check “I agree” or similar options, or make orders, payments, purchases, or related actions on the MONTT official website, it is deemed that you have been informed in advance and agreed to all the provisions of this agreement. This agreement may be revised at any time and announced on the MONTT official website. The revised content will take effect from the time of announcement.

User Terms
* If you want to shop online on the MONTT official website, you can do so as a guest or register for an account on the website. If you wish to shop online using a website account, you need to enter your legally obtained and still valid email address and set a password for yourself; when you leave relevant information or complete online shopping for the first time on the MONTT official website, the service system will record the email address you entered and the password you set, and you agree to use that email address and password to log in to the MONTT official website for online shopping in the future.
* You are responsible for properly safeguarding the email account and password stored in the company’s system, and you may not disclose or provide the email account and password to third parties, or lend or transfer them to third parties. All actions taken by logging into the service system using the email account and password are deemed to be your own actions, and you shall be responsible for them.
* If you find that your email account and password have been used by others, please notify the company immediately; the company will suspend the processing of transactions and subsequent use of the email account’s transactions upon learning that your email account and password have been misused.

Personal Data Security
* For your personal data, Montt online shopping will comply with relevant personal data protection laws and regulations, and you agree that the company will handle and use your personal data in accordance with the “Montt Privacy Protection and Website Usage and Shopping Policy.”
* In order to complete transactions, including but not limited to completing payments and deliveries, you must ensure that all information stored during the ordering process is complete, correct, and consistent with the current situation. If there are any changes afterwards, you should notify Montt online shopping customer service immediately.
* Regarding the data you have provided, in addition to adopting secure transaction modes, the MONTT official website also undertakes confidentiality obligations and will not disclose or provide it to third parties arbitrarily, except for providing it to relevant product or service cooperating manufacturers for the purpose of completing transactions, providing customer service, or in accordance with the provisions of the “Montt Privacy Protection and Website Usage and Shopping Policy.”
* In order to complete transactions and provide services (including shipping of products, invoices, or gifts, as well as service satisfaction surveys), MONTT needs to provide your personal information to shipping service providers and service satisfaction survey providers, who will contact you to arrange product delivery and service satisfaction surveys; your personal information includes name, address, phone number, etc., and may also need to be disclosed on the outside packaging of the product due to shipping requirements.
* In the following situations, the company has the right to view, use, or provide your personal data to relevant administrative or judicial authorities, or third parties who claim that their rights have been infringed and provide substantiated evidence:
* According to legal regulations, or orders from judicial or other authorized authorities;
* To complete transactions or execute this agreement, or if you violate this agreement;
* To maintain the normal operation and security of the MONTT official website system;
* To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the MONTT official website, other users, or third parties.

Online Shopping
* In addition to this agreement, the information presented on the product sales webpage and related webpages in the ordering process, including relevant transaction terms, restrictions, and instructions, are also part of the contract.
* Once you have completed the ordering process on the MONTT official website according to the methods, conditions, and processes specified on the webpage, it means that you are willing to order the product or service in accordance with the provisions, transaction terms, or restrictions stated in this agreement and on the relevant webpage. If there are any changes to the data you provided (such as address, phone number), you should immediately update the data you provided online, and you may not deny the ordering behavior or refuse payment on the grounds of data inconsistency.
* After you have completed the online shopping process, the system will automatically send you an “Order Details” email; however, this notification only informs you that the system has received your order information, but does not mean that the transaction has been completed or the contract has been established. The company reserves the right to accept your order or not. If the company confirms that the transaction terms are correct, the product you ordered is still in stock or the service you ordered is still available, the payment has been completed, and there are no other circumstances that the company cannot accept the order, the company will ship directly and send an email with the “Order Confirmation Letter,” representing the establishment of the contract. If there are errors in the transaction terms, the product is out of stock, the service cannot be provided, or there are other circumstances that the company cannot accept the order, the company may refuse to accept the order, but must inform you proactively within seven days from the order date.
* If the payment is not made or deductions occur afterwards, it indicates that the transaction was not completed successfully; if the payment cannot be deducted within the specified time limit or the deduction fails for other reasons, the transaction is deemed to be abandoned by the buyer, and the company has the right to refuse the order and cancel the transaction; the company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of this. If there is an overpayment, the company will refund the overpaid amount to the account from which the payment was made. If there is an underpayment, you must make up the payment immediately; if you do not make up the payment within a time limit specified by the company, the company has the right to refuse the order and cancel the transaction; the company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of this.

Delivery and Receiving
* The delivery time of the product depends on the product type, delivery location, and other factors; the company will make a delivery plan according to your actual situation, but cannot guarantee that the delivery time will be as expected.
* After the product is shipped, the company will send you an email notification that includes the product’s delivery tracking number and the website where you can check the delivery status; if you have any questions about the delivery process, you can contact the MONTT online shopping customer service department for consultation.
* Upon receipt of the product, you should check the product immediately according to the instructions in the delivery list or on the website, and confirm whether the product is complete, intact, and free from defects; if there are any problems, you should not sign for it and refuse to receive it, and immediately contact the MONTT online shopping customer service department for follow-up processing.
* If you need to entrust a third party to receive the product on your behalf, you should provide the recipient with the order details and notify them to check the product immediately after receiving it according to the instructions on the website; the recipient shall be responsible for checking whether the product is complete, intact, and free from defects, and the company shall not be responsible for any disputes or losses arising from this.

Product Warranty and After-sales Service
* The company guarantees that the products provided on the MONTT official website comply with relevant product quality laws and regulations, and that the products are genuine and new.
* For product quality issues, you can enjoy the after-sales service provided by the MONTT official website in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including returning the product, exchanging the product, or repairing the product.
* The specific after-sales service rules are detailed in the “Montt Warranty and After-sales Service Policy.”

Disclaimer
* The company will do its utmost to ensure the security and stability of the service system, but it cannot guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or have defects, or that the service will meet your requirements for use, and it shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this.
* The company does not guarantee that the information, data, texts, images, audio, video, and other materials or links provided through the service are accurate, complete, safe, legal, authentic, or reliable, and it shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this.
* You shall bear the risk of using the service; the company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages caused by the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to losses of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the company has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Other Provisions
* This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
* If any provision of this agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
* The title of each clause of this agreement is for convenience only and does not define, limit, interpret, or describe the scope or extent of the clause.

This agreement is the entire agreement between you and MONTT and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and MONTT. By clicking “I agree” or similar options, or by making orders, payments, purchases, or related actions on the MONTT official website, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to all the provisions of this agreement.

Montt Alliance Co., Ltd. reserves the right to explain and modify this agreement.
